RMHS fall sports tryouts schedule set

Here are the Rocky Mount High fall sports tryouts dates for the 2008-09 school year as released by athletic director Michael Gainey.

Remember, you must have had a physical to participate in any sport at RMHS. 

Friday, Aug. 1

Football @ 6 p.m. - Coach B.W. Holt @ Nash St. practice field

Monday, Aug. 4

Volleyball @ 3 p.m. - Coach Debbie Webb @ main gym

Boys Soccer @ 7 a.m. - Coach Drew Nick @ Nash St. soccer field

Cross Country @ 7:30 a.m. - Coach Dee Davis @ RM Athletic Complex

Girls Tennis @ 10 a.m. - Coach Barry Nethercutt @ Sunset Park

Wednesday, Aug. 6

The Nash County Health Dept. is offering physicals again. Please contact Shannon Lee at 459-1238. RMHS physicals forms are available at the school or on the NRMS website.

Monday, Aug. 11

3 p.m - Fall Athletic Pictures @ Nash St. practice field

8 p.m. - NCHSAA Mandatory Parent Meeting @ RMHS Auditorium
