[Go Back] RMHS doles out winter sports awards Thursday Rocky Mount High School recognized its winter sports athletes Thursday evening with an awards ceremony held in the school's main gym. Athletes in indoor track, boys basketball, girls basketball, boys and girls swimming, wrestling and cheerleading were honored. Already this school year, Rocky Mount has won or shared seven NEW 6 Conference championships - including three during the winter sports period.
