RMHS boys tennis falls to Conley

GREENVILLE - Rocky Mount managed to win just two singles matches en route to a 6-3 boys tennis loss at D.H. Conley Wednesday.
"Conley had their No. 4 player back this time and he really helped the depth of their line-up," said Rocky Mount head caoch Barry Nethercutt, whose squad fell to 2-2 on the season. "Ross (Bradley) had a better plan today against Zach (Foster)and played a really smart match that seemed to frustrate Zach.
"Ross and Koos (Kashyap Kaul) also looked better in doubles than they did in their first match but came up a little short late," he said. "Alex (Durham) continues to play very well this year and without jinxing him, he is 4-0 in both singles and doubles heading into Thursday's match at Greene Central."
