Six Weeks 18 Workouts 1 NCHSAA 3-A State Championship
All rising 9-12th grade football players are expected to attend a minimum of 75 percent of the "Summer Heat" Sessions (15). Players pick one workout to attend each day. All "Summer Heat" workouts begin in the weight room and move to the practice field.
Varsity linemen plan to workout together so we can be in mid-season form when we line down against Northern Durham at Durham County Stadium on Friday, Aug. 28!!

Regular season practice for Varsity and JV football players begins Saturday, Aug. 1 at 8 a.m. at the Nash Street practice field. |
